ForeUs is a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing the next generation of caddies and young professionals. We partner with golf courses to train underrepresented youth in the skills, professionalism, and on-course knowledge required to succeed as reliable, high-quality caddies.

Through a structured, hands-on training program, ForeUs takes students from having little or no exposure to golf to being prepared to caddie at the B-caddie level and beyond. Our curriculum emphasizes course management, communication, etiquette, pace of play, and accountability—ensuring our students represent both themselves and partner golf courses with pride.

ForeUs is a year-round program. Beyond the caddie season, we provide off-season development through guest speakers focused on leadership, networking, career readiness, and life skills. Our long-term goal is to develop well-rounded young professionals and expand access to transformational opportunities like mentorship, educational partnerships, and scholarships like the Evans Scholarship.

By partnering with ForeUs, golf courses and community organizations help create meaningful work experiences, strengthen the caddie pipeline, and invest in the future of the game and the next generation of leaders.
