Forever Athlete Management (FAM) was founded by Marine Corps Veteran Damian Knight and entrepreneurial partner Jeffery Poe after crossing paths on their journey to becoming NFLPA Certified Contract Advisors. What began as professional alignment quickly became a shared mission: to build an agency rooted in integrity, loyalty, and long-term advocacy for athletes.

They believed family should always come first, and they were determined to create a model of representation where athletes are never treated as transactions.

The name Forever Athlete Management reflects our core philosophy in two meaningful ways.
