Kun Gao

Kun Gao is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader, currently serving as Co-Founder, President, and COO of Forge and GGWP. Previously, they were the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager at Crunchyroll, where they played a pivotal role in the company's growth from its inception until 2018. Kun’s early career includes founding Frappr.com and holding engineering positions at Slide and HOTorNOT. They are also a board member and advisor at PKO Investments and have expertise in business development, strategy, and digital media. Kun earned a BS and BA from the University of California, Berkeley, and pursued a PhD at Carnegie Mellon University.
