Vigneshwaran P is a highly experienced engineering leader with a strong background in software and data engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Forge since April 2024, Vigneshwaran previously held similar leadership roles at GGWP from January 2021 to June 2024 and at Guidewire Software from May 2015 to January 2021, where responsibilities included leading data engineering teams and managing big data pipelines. Prior positions include Senior Data Engineer and Programmer Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions, as well as Software Engineer at Newgen Software Technology. Vigneshwaran holds an M.Tech in Software Systems with a specialization in Data Analytics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a BE in Computer Science Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
