Forge acquires exceptional independent AV integrators and gives them the infrastructure, managed services, and shared scale to grow stronger, faster, and better.

Each of our operating companies keeps their local brand, leadership, culture, and customer relationships. Think forge, not factory.

Forge is led by AV natives who have designed this model to provide better outcomes for everyone.

Customers get more capability without changing who they trust.

Employees get more support, stronger teams, and room to grow.

And owners get cash at close today, maintain their identity and legacy, and have flexible paths to keep leading or step back.

Independent integrators built this industry. Forge exists to make sure they lead its next chapter.
