Alex Bearse currently serves as a Senior Manager at Forge Advisory since August 2025, having previously held the same position at Synergy Group from January 2024 to August 2025. Prior to these roles, Alex was a Master's student at the University of South Australia, where an MBA in Business Administration and Management was pursued from January 2023 to June 2024.
