They are the founder and director of Forge Advisory, a national team delivering Acquisition and Infrastructure projects across Australia. The Forge team applies best practice to strategy and concepts, requirements development, trials and test and evaluation, business case development, contracting and procurement, project management, and sustainment. Since 2017, they have delivered more than 100 contracts and projects. They are committed to building Australia and progressing the national interest through delivery of high-quality project outcomes. They are currently pursuing a Prosci Change Management Certification in Organisational Change Management at Being Human, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management at UNSW, a Diploma of Personnel Management and Operations at the Royal Military College Duntroon, and a Graduate Diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at UNSW.
