Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Forge Advisory since March 2022, James previously held the position of Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Field Service Representative at Raytheon Australia from August 2020 to March 2022 and serving in the Australian Army for over two decades, where James was a Communications Manager. Educational qualifications include a Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management) from the Australian Defence Force, a Diploma of Leadership and Management from Australian Defence Force RTO-0050, and ongoing studies for a Bachelor of Organisational Leadership at the University of New England.
