While talent and ambition are abundant, access to practical digital skills, work exposure, and career pathways remains limitedespecially for underserved youth.

ForgeAfrica was established to bridge this gap by equipping young Africans with future-ready technical skills, real-world experience, and employability support, enabling them to participate meaningfully in the digital economy.
