Forge keeps Central Florida operations running. 30+ years. But how we do it is changing because the industry forced our hand.

We've spent decades sourcing equipment, wear parts, and supplies for mining, utility, and manufacturing operations across the I-4 corridor & Space Coast. We supply some of the biggest names in Florida aggregate and energy. We're who you call when you need something sourced and delivered without the runaround.

But we've been in this industry long enough to see how it breaks down. We have spec'd and quoted six-figure equipment deals only to find out the manufacturer was quoting the larger operation down the road $100K less for the same machine. Same product, different price, all because they thought we were too small to do anything about it. We've been quoted 9-week lead times that turned into 18+ once the PO was signed. We've seen operations get blindsided when corporate procurement shifted their spend to a "preferred vendor" who'd never set foot on their site.

These aren't complaints. They're the reason we built what we built.

Today Forge does three things:

→ Sourcing & supply: Equipment, OEM parts, fasteners, abrasives, electrical — from a single bolt to a $1M+ Fines Recovery Plant.

→ Vendor managed inventory: We keep your critical wear parts and consumables stocked so you're producing, not scrambling at 2am.

→ Procurement advisory: Led by a former procurement lead from one of FL's largest aggregate operations. We help mines source smarter and negotiate better. We make money when you realize that we're worth keeping around; not by steering you toward the highest markup.

Manufacturers love us because it's the smoothest order they'll get all quarter. Operators love us because they stop getting surprised by pricing, lead times, and specs that don't match.

What the majors do with 50 procurement specialists, we do for operations that don't have that luxury.

Locally owned. Apopka warehouse stocked and ready.
