Forge & Flight Holdings, Inc. is a vertically integrated aerospace and defense technology company headquartered in Fayetteville, North Carolina — 15 minutes from Fort Bragg.
We provide end-to-end unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) solutions spanning design, manufacturing, NDAA-compliant avionics, flight validation, and professional training — all under American ownership and control.
Our family of companies and divisions includes Forge & Flight Labs LLC (advanced UAS design and manufacturing), our Electronics Manufacturing Division (NDAA-compliant avionics and the Aegis product line), our Flight Test Division (UAS flight validation and range operations), and Forge and Flight Academy LLC (FAA Part 107 and platform-specific UAS training).
Active SAM.gov registrations across all operating entities. CAGE: 18WR3. SBIR/STTR eligible.
Founded on the principle that American defense and research institutions require domestic, supply-chain-verified UAS capabilities — we exist to fill that gap.
