Caroline Johnson is a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in capital markets and investment management. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Forge since April 2025, Caroline previously held the position of Account Manager Associate for Alternatives Strategies at PIMCO from September 2022 to May 2025. Prior to that, experience includes roles as an Analyst in Equity Capital Markets and Private Placements at Rabobank North America, as well as a Distribution Analyst at Greensill Capital during its administration. Caroline's early career included positions as an Origination Analyst and a Basic Materials Analyst at Fordham University’s Student Managed Investment Fund, where management of a $1.5 million portfolio and conducting fundamental analysis on materials subsectors were key responsibilities.
