Fereshta has held various HR roles, including Office Manager/HR Admin, Human Resources Generalist, HR Business Partner, Senior HR Business Partner, HR Manager, Senior Human Resources Manager, and currently, Human Resources Manager at Forge Group, LLC. Fereshta's experience includes overseeing benefits, compliance, and engagement functions within the Human Resources organization, leading benefits open enrollment, day-to-day benefits support and management, as well as compliance and annual reporting. Fereshta has a proven track record of creating and implementing new processes and programs to ensure employee engagement and retention.
