Matthew L. is a Senior Policy Analyst with over 16 years of experience in foreign affairs, security policy, and humanitarian assistance. They have held prominent roles, including Humanitarian Assistance Advisor to the U.S. Southern Command and U.S. Africa Command, where they coordinated humanitarian responses to crises in various regions. Previously, Matthew worked at USAID and Booz Allen Hamilton, focusing on interagency coordination and strategic planning.
