Ruby Hildreth

Ruby Hildreth has a diverse background in operations and early childhood education, currently serving as an Operations Lead in Employee Engagement at Forge Group, LLC since June 2021. Ruby has been a Consultant at doTERRA since January 2011, and previously held the role of Executive Director at Herndon Children's Center Inc. from January 2017 to June 2021, leading an NAEYC accredited preschool. Ruby's experience also includes being a Lead Teacher at Herndon Children's Center and serving as Program Director at WeePlay & Learn. Ruby earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services from Texas Tech University between 1992 and 1996.
