Sandhya Ramkumar

Sandhya Ramkumar is a seasoned professional in national security policy and aerospace, currently serving as a Foreign Policy Advisor and Senior National Security Policy Advisor since May 2023. Previously, Sandhya held roles including Senior Electronic Warfare & Spectrum Policy Advisor at Alion Science and Technology from September 2020 to May 2023 and Aerospace and Defense Senior Policy Analyst at Regulus Group and the Federal Aviation Administration between July 2017 and June 2017. Additional experience includes a Legislative and Corporate Governance Associate position at Alstom Group and a Legal and Legislative Affairs Project Assistant role at Sound Transit. Sandhya holds a UAS Certificate from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, along with education from Georgetown University and the University of Washington.
