Forge is the first AI Performance Officer. Built by the team behind Rise Up, Forge helps organizations move from training completion to measurable performance improvement.

It detects performance gaps from live business signals, builds the right coaching moment using your existing company knowledge, delivers it in the flow of work, and proves impact through the KPIs your business already runs on.

That is the Forge Loop: Detect, Build, Deliver, Prove.

Unlike generic AI assistants or LMS AI features, Forge does not wait for someone to ask a question. It proactively supports employees at the moment work happens: before a sales call, after a lost deal, during onboarding, ahead of an audit, or when a team needs to close a specific performance gap.

Forge connects with the systems teams already use, including CRM, HRIS, collaboration, support, learning, and knowledge tools. Your LMS remains the library. Forge becomes the performance layer that turns validated content and business context into real-time coaching.

Built for enterprise teams, Forge is designed with security, governance, and measurable impact at its core: EU-hosted infrastructure, GDPR alignment, SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and content-grounded coaching.

Traditional L&D tracks completion. Forge helps organizations prove capability, behavior change, and business impact.
