Jennifer Jackson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jennifer began their career at Truven Health Analytics, where they worked as a Sales Operations Specialist for six years. In 2018, they joined Tailored Management as a Channel Sales Support, primarily responsible for managing user accounts and performing data migration tasks in Salesforce. Jennifer then transitioned to TSYS in 2019, taking on the role of Lead Management - Business Analyst 1, where they focused on creating and troubleshooting user accounts and system issues in Salesforce. Later that year, they joined ORGANIC INDIA USA as a Sales Support & Trade Deduction Specialist, involved in researching and validating trade deductions, tracking product fulfillment, and reporting trade spend totals. Their most recent position is as a Sales Administrator at Forge Nano, Inc. which they started in November 2020.

Jennifer Jackson earned their Salesforce Administrator Certification from Trailhead by Salesforce in 2021. Prior to that, they attended the Community College of Denver from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Information Systems/Networking.
