Ashwin Megha

Ashwin Megha has over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry. Ashwin began their career in 1997 as a Manager at Infosol Computer Consultants. Ashwin then moved to SNS Technologies in 1999 as Chief Operating Officer. In 2003, they joined HCL GmbH as a Client Solutions Partner for Deutsche Bank and Delivery Manager. In 2007, they joined Tech Mahindra as Offshore Co-location Center Head for British Telecom and Customer Delivery Manager. In 2011, they worked as Chief Operating Officer for SNS Technologies and Associate Vice-President for Minacs. Since 2015, they have been working as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Forgeahead Solutions. In their role as Chief Operating Officer, they are responsible for managing the India Operations and Software Delivery function, providing vision and strategy to manage and grow business, and ensuring successful acquisition of business units for the inorganic growth of the organization.

Ashwin Megha holds a BE Computer Science, MBA Marketing, and PhD Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
