Simon Pickering

Simon Pickering is currently the General Manager at Forged Solutions Group, where they oversee operations. Prior to this role, Simon served as an Operations Manager in the Civil Large Engine Build line at Rolls-Royce, managing significant products such as the T1000 and T7000. Simon completed an MSc in Engineering Business Management at the University of Warwick and is pursuing an Executive MBA at Cranfield University. With a diverse background at Rolls-Royce in various engineering and leadership positions, Simon has developed extensive expertise in the engineering sector.
