Nik Ruoti

Nik Ruoti is the current Chief Financial Officer at IdeaCloud. Prior to this, Nik served as the Director of Finance at Constellation Brands and as the Chief Financial Officer at McGee & Co.

Nik has over 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles. Nik has a proven track record of success in strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis. Nik has also led various system implementations, including budget software, reporting tools, and NetSuite.

Under Nik’s leadership, the annual revenue at McGee & Co. grew 2x and they successfully led the company’s Long-Range Plan, setting KPIs and growth objectives. Nik also prepared the Business Plan which was key to equity and debt fundraising. As a result of their efforts, McGee & Co. secured a Series A letter of intent and Debt financing through a line of credit.

At Constellation Brands, Nik oversaw all aspects of finance for the company’s $2B wine and spirits business. Nik managed a team of 15 finance professionals and was responsible for financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, and accounting.

Nik is a CPA and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Suffolk University.

Nik Ruoti completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Accounting from the University of Utah and a Master of Accounting from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business.

Nik Ruoti reports to Jeff Day, CEO. They are on a team with Jesse Parent - CTO, Jay Williams - Head of Partners, Ecosystems & Social Impact, and Jake Osborne - VP, Business Development. A direct report to Nik Ruoti is and Matt Seegmiller - Head of Investor Relations.
