For young people, Forgeforth Africa creates a structured growth and development journey. Users can track their contributions, build critical skills such as leadership, communication, problem-solving and teamwork, receive AI-driven feedback, and earn competency-based certifications. Through partnerships with companies and organisations they can advertise job opportunities on the platform. Since the platform has the user's job experience and background information, they can apply for a job within seconds and receive periodic updates on the application's progress.
