Anna Altstatt

Anna Altstatt is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in recruiting and strategic sourcing across various technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Forgen since August 2023, Anna is responsible for developing and launching talent programs. Previous roles at Amazon included Senior Executive Recruiter and Senior Technical Recruiter, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting for senior leadership and technical roles, utilizing data-driven strategies to enhance sourcing effectiveness. Prior to Amazon, Anna worked at Comcast as a Senior Technical Recruiter and a Sourcer, along with earlier recruitment experiences at Robert Half Technology, Innuative LLC, Ashford University, and Z57 Internet Solutions. Anna holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Ashford University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication and Media Studies from San Diego State University.
