Leonard Wossnig is the Co-founder and CTO at Forgent, where they develop AI agents to assist companies in winning and delivering public sector contracts. They previously served as CTO at LabGenius, leading technology initiatives that integrated machine learning with robotic automation for antibody discovery. Leonard has held various research and leadership positions, including Founder and CEO of Rahko and Visiting Researcher at Institut Henri Poincare. Currently, they are also a Scientific Advisor at Shift Bioscience and a Venture Network Partner at 2048 Ventures. They earned a PhD in Theoretical Computer Science from UCL and have contributed to research at institutions like Microsoft and the University of Oxford.
