Real workers. Real results.

Forgepoint Recruitment is Sydney's specialist in trades & industrial labour hire - connecting employers across Greater Sydney and NSW with skilled, screened, ready-to-work people.

We place labour hire and permanent roles across manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, defence, construction and civil, specialising in mechanical and electrical trades. From CNC operators, welders and boilermakers to mechanical and maintenance fitters, electricians, forklift operators, production crews and trades assistants - we find the right person for the job, not just the next available CV.

WHY FORGEPOINT
Most agencies treat clients like job orders and candidates like numbers. We do the opposite:
• One point of contact - accountable from first brief to final placement
• Recruiters who understand your site, your standards and your trade
• Every candidate pre-screened, ticket-checked and spoken to properly before they're put forward
• Backed by independent payroll, insurance and compliance, so we scale without cutting corners

No volume games. No overpromising. Just workers placed properly - and placements that last.

Led by director Kevin Mankin (13+ years in trades & industrial recruitment) and rated 4.98 on SEEK by the people we've placed and hired for.
