Previously, Javier held the position of Jefe de Cosecha at ARAUCO from April 2003 to June 2015, managing production operations across regions VII to VIII and ensuring resource management to supply raw materials to various clients while adhering to environmental and safety commitments. Javier's professional background also includes roles as Ingeniero de Cosecha and Ingeniero Apoyo Inventarios Forestales at ARAUCO. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Systems from Universidad del Desarrollo, a Diploma in Forest Production from Arauco, and a Forest Engineering degree from Universidad de Talca.
