Phillip Gentry

Phillip Gentry has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries. Phillip started their career as a Technician, Sysadmin, and Programmer at TownSquare Internet in 2000 and worked there until 2004.

From 2004 to 2005, they worked at Travelhounds.com. In 2005, Phillip joined US Cybertek as a System Administrator/Web Developer. Phillip founded Geovel llc in 2006 and worked there until 2008.

In 2008, they worked as an Air Medical Flight Dispatcher at Air Evac Lifeteam.

From 2010 to 2016, Phillip worked at ampX2, Inc. Phillip started as a DevOps Engineer and later became a DevOps/Reliability Engineer. In this role, they managed infrastructure and led various projects and initiatives.

From 2016 to 2022, Phillip worked at Coffee Meets Bagel as a Staff DevOps Engineer. Phillip played a crucial role in developing deployment and automation systems, including infrastructure for machine learning-based matching. In 2020, Phillip attended Galvanize Inc, where they pursued a Data Science Immersive degree, specializing in Data Science. Phillip completed the program in 2021.
