Forlog is a Swiss-based infrastructure consulting and engineering firm focused on the implementation and delivery of complex infrastructure projects in emerging and transition markets.

We work alongside public authorities, utilities, international engineering firms, and development partners to translate plans into operational infrastructure. Our role is through the entire project cycle: from early project definition and preparation through implementation and delivery. Supporting project implementation units, coordinating engineers and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered to international standards while remaining firmly grounded in local conditions.
