Matt Johnson

Matt Johnson is an accomplished leader in the creative and digital sectors, currently serving as the Managing Director of FORM, a Certified B Corporation, since September 2013. Johnson plays a pivotal role in guiding a dedicated team to assist partners in the creative and technology industries in achieving clarity, competitiveness, and sustainable growth. Additionally, Johnson co-founded Be One in February 2011 and has held leadership positions as Chair at Uniform, recognized as one of the UK's fastest-growing creative firms, and 4040 Media, overseeing a portfolio of brands including Wyzowl and publi.sh. Prior experience includes serving as CEO and co-founder of Mando Agency, a respected digital customer experience agency, for sixteen years. Johnson holds a degree in Business Administration from Liverpool John Moores University.
