Based in New York City, Form + Flow is a yoga studio and a creative space that’s dedicated to community development and cultivating mindfulness. Our mission is to raise public awareness towards healthy lifestyle, physically and mentally. We are inspired to bring positivity and creativity to our community. We offer Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork sessions, and a variety of wellness workshops.  

Form + Flow is a certified Minority-Women Owned Business (M/WBE), and we strongly support other MWBEs, no matter of race and culture.  Form + Flow aims to showcase a different approach in building out community. Everything we do is oriented towards creating human value. Our ceremonial-graded cacao is sourced directly from a local farm in Lake Atitlán, Guatemala, owned by the indigenous Mayan women for several generations. 

Form + Flow is also a home for artists and creatives to share their work with the vibrant, diverse, and growing community of Long Island City. We believe that yoga and art are similar expressions and movements of our connection to living a wholehearted life. Emerging artists are invited to collaborate with us to make their creation accessible to the public.
