Eric Roegner

Eric Roegner has extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, particularly in aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing. Notable positions include President of Alcoa Defense and multiple executive roles at Alcoa, including Chief Operating Officer for various business units. Eric has also served as President of Amcor Rigid Packaging and held senior roles at Arconic, including Executive Vice President and Group President. Earlier career roles include engineering positions at Schlumberger and Nordson Corporation, as well as a partner role at McKinsey & Company. Currently, Eric serves on the Board of Directors at GrafTech International Ltd. and is the Chief Executive Officer of Form Technologies, which specializes in precision-engineered metal products. Eric Roegner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace & Mechanical Engineering with a Certificate of Architecture from Princeton University, and a Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University.
