Zack McCorkle

As Chief Financial Officer for Form Technologies, Zack McCorkle manages the growth and success of the company’s financial and support functions, including treasury, accounting, FP&A, tax and IT.

Zack joined Dynacast in 2014 as the Regional Controller of Dynacast Europe and was later promoted to VP of FP&A in 2019. He assumed the management of the financial planning process, including budgeting, strategic planning, forecasting, capital expenditures and strategic projects. Zack later took over the global treasury function, focusing on improving the cash flow profile for the company, optimizing working capital and managing the current debt structure.

Prior to joining Dynacast, Zack worked in external reporting and FP&A at Chiquita Brands and in the assurance practice with PwC and KPMG covering a mixture of public and private companies across the manufacturing, retail, entertainment, and telecommunications sectors.

Zack earned a Master of Business Administration in accounting from Darla Moore School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Entertainment from the University of South Carolina. He is based in the corporate office in Charlotte, North Carolina.
