Bri Newhart serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at FORM since October 2021, overseeing global recruiting, performance management, learning and development, payroll and benefits, and regulatory compliance across North America and EMEA for a leading cloud SaaS software company backed by Diversis Capital. Prior experience includes roles as Global Vice President of Human Resources at a similar organization, where Bri implemented an HRIS platform achieving significant cost savings, and Vice President of Human Resources at Universal Chain, Inc., directing HR functions for a top 3PL supply chain provider. With a progressive career beginning at Victoria's Secret and advancing through various HR roles, Bri has demonstrated expertise in organizational design, talent acquisition, and cost management, holding a BA in English Literature from the University of Colorado Boulder.
