Joe Krzeczkowski

Joe Krzeczkowski is currently the VP of Engineering at FORM. Prior to this, they were the Director of Engineering at GoSpotCheck from May 2015 to December 2020. In this role, they implemented a new engineering organization structure with engineering mentorships, guided best practices and architectural design choices with input from all engineers, communicated with Product, Design, Sales, and Support to maintain engineering vision, allocated resources to best tackle the priorities of the Product Department, transitioned team from office work to working remotely with no loss in productivity, reworked our hiring process to ensure a diverse and talented applicant pool, built strong teams that perform at high levels and are actively engaged in their work, and challenged and grew each engineer based on their individual preferences and goals. Prior to GoSpotCheck, Joe was the Co-Owner and Technical Lead at 01 Fuel LLC from December 2012 to January 2018. Before that, they were a Software Engineer at Tata Technologies from May 2011 to May 2015. Their first role in the industry was as a Software Engineer - Intern at Drew Technologies from May 2008 to August 2009.
