Josh Mitchell

Joshua Mitchell is an experienced professional with a background in leadership and customer success within technology and service industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Professional Services at FORM.com since May 2021, Joshua previously held the position of Director of Professional Services at GoSpotCheck from June 2014 to May 2021, where efforts focused on enhancing tools for the mobile workforce. Prior roles at GoSpotCheck included Director of Delivery and Activation, Customer Success Team Lead, and Senior Customer Success Manager, as well as Customer Support. Joshua is also the founder of Buttercup's Frozen Yogurt, a venture started in February 2011 and continued until February 2014. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colorado State University, obtained in 2011.
