Liuba Morarescu is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the technology and fitness industries. Currently serving as Manager of PMO at FORM since 2021, Liuba has previously held roles such as Project Management Team Lead and Project Manager. At EGYM from 2017 to 2021, Liuba expertly led global software implementations, optimizing processes and significantly reducing implementation times. Earlier experience includes a role as Customer Support Manager at Netpulse, where Liuba established KPIs and improved response times for customer support.
