David Doherty

David Doherty is a fractional CIO and consultant technology advisor with extensive experience in aligning technology with business needs. They have played pivotal roles in various organizations, such as serving as Chief Information Officer at both All Points Fibre and Jurassic Fibre, and as a Director of ICT at Ofcom, where they transformed the ICT strategy and architecture. David's background includes significant positions at NTL, Vanco, and Easynet Group, where they managed large teams and led impactful digital transformations. Currently, David provides consultancy services through Eleos London and ANS Digital Transformation while continuing education at the Dublin Institute of Technology.
