Chris Watson is an experienced professional in incident and problem management, currently serving as the Head of Incident Management at Form3 since August 2022, where responsibilities include leading a team of 8 Incident Managers and enforcing best practices. Prior to this role, Chris held key positions at Atom bank as Problem Lead and Major Incident Manager, where capabilities in process design and lifecycle management were demonstrated. Earlier experience includes working as Service Manager for Problem Management at DWP Digital, overseeing stakeholder management and service delivery, as well as serving as Problem Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where team management and operational leadership were core functions. Chris began the career in the technical service department at EDS. Educational credentials include completion of an Advanced Apprenticeship in IT from Zenos IT Academy.
