Elle Dowding

Elle Dowding has extensive experience in marketing, currently serving as Marketing Director at Form3 since August 2021, having previously held roles including Demand Generation Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager for Europe. Prior to joining Form3, Elle worked at SimCorp from July 2017 to August 2021, where responsibilities included Senior Marketing Consultant focused on Account Based Marketing (ABM) for EMEA, as well as overseeing demand generation across three product lines, and managing digital marketing and events for EMEA and North America. Earlier positions included sales and market support at SimCorp, personal insolvency client services at BDO UK LLP, and various roles in event staffing and fundraising. Elle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management (Marketing) from the University of Surrey, a Digital Diploma in Professional Marketing from CIM, and studied Business Sustainability Management at the University of Cambridge.
