Michael Moran has a diverse work experience, starting as a Freelance IT Consultant for various companies from 1990 to 1998. Michael then worked as a Regional Operations Manager for Wcities, where they set up the publishing network in Asia Pacific. From 2000 to 2003, they were a Senior Consultant at Clear Money Limited, delivering business and e-billing consultancy across major client accounts. Michael then joined OneVu as the Head of Operations, responsible for establishing the first online bill management services for UK Internet bank customers. From 2010 to 2017, they held multiple roles at Monitise plc is Fiserv, including Senior Vice President, Program and Delivery in Europe, Technology Director, and Head of Client Delivery and Service Delivery. Michael then joined Fiserv as the Director of Client Implementations and Managed Services from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they are the Head of Service Delivery at Form3 since 2022.

Michael Moran has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Management Information Systems from The University of Auckland. Michael also has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from the same university. In addition, they hold a Diploma in Consumer Behaviour from The University of Auckland. Michael has obtained a Diplôme de Langue from Alliance Française in Paris, France, and a Certificat Elémentaire de Langue Pratique from the same institution. Michael also has a certification in PRINCE2® 2009 Foundation and Practitioner from APM Group.
