Rogger Fabri

Rogger Fabri has over a decade of experience in software development and engineering roles. Rogger is currently working at Form3 as a Lead Software Engineer, where they have been since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Munich Re Automation Solutions Ltd as a Senior Software Engineer from 2020 to 2021. From 2019 to 2020, Rogger served as a Consulting Technical Lead at Kyckr Limited and as a Senior Software Consultant at Codec Ireland. Before that, they worked at the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland as a Consulting Software Engineer, where they designed and implemented a high-available and scalable enterprise service bus architecture. Rogger also has experience at Ryanair - Europe's Favourite Airline, where they held roles as a Technical Lead and Senior Software Developer, and at Siteware, where they served as Head of Engineering and Senior Software Developer.

Rogger Fabri obtained an Honours Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Lavras from 2006 to 2010. In 2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Strategic Project Management at Universidade FUMEC - Oficial. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications in software architecture and Microsoft Azure from institutions such as LinkedIn and Microsoft, with the most recent certifications obtained in 2019 and 2020.
