Ruby Kumashie

Ruby Kumashie, Assoc CIPD, currently serves as a Senior People Partner at Form3, where responsibilities include managing complex international business restructures, coaching managers on HR matters, and leading the Annual Performance Review process. Previously, Ruby worked at Kaplan International Languages in various HR roles, providing advice on employee relations, utilizing Workday for HR data management, and designing training sessions. Ruby's early experiences include volunteering with Age UK Nottingham & Nottinghamshire and intern roles at Kaplan International English and Circle of Care. Ruby holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Human Resources from Nottingham Trent University.
