Ryan Hicks has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support and engineering. Ryan started their career at Leigh Day as a 1st Line support technician in 2011, where they gained valuable experience in IT operations. Ryan then joined Shooters Hill Campus as a 1st Line Computer Technician in 2015, where they supported a large number of clients and worked on various hardware types.

In 2014, Ryan returned to Leigh Day as a 1st Line support technician, further developing their professional confidence and relationship skills. Ryan then joined Hearst UK in 2016, starting as a Service Desk Analyst and later being promoted to the Desktop Support Engineer role. During their time at Hearst UK, they supported a large number of users, including the CEO, and gained expertise in using Jamf Pro for software management.

Since 2020, Ryan has been working at Form3, initially as a System Engineer and currently as the Lead Desktop Engineer/Systems Engineer. Ryan'sresponsibilities at Form3 include supporting end users, liaising with vendors, working on large projects, managing hardware and software, and administering various software tools.

Ryan Hicks completed their A Levels from Christ the King: St Mary's Sidcup from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Bonus Pastor Catholic College from 2007 to 2012 and obtained their High School degree along with GCSE's. Additionally, Ryan has obtained numerous certifications including Jamf Certified Endpoint Security Admin, Proofpoint Protection Server Administration - Level 1, Proofpoint Protection Server Foundations - Level 1, Targeted Attack Protection (TAP) Foundations Level 1, Targeted Attack Protection (TAP) for Administrators - Level 1, HDI Desktop Support Technician (HDI), and Jamf 200.
