Forma Engineering is your real estate and building engineer, serving Columbus and all of Central Ohio. Should you buy it, sell it, open up that wall, or wait on that repair? We give buyers, sellers, property owners, and associations the straight answers they need to make the call — and avoid the expensive surprises that catch people off guard.

We're a full-service building consultancy, and our expertise goes well beyond structural work. Our licensed professional engineers provide structural inspections, home and building inspections, expert witness services, forensic investigations, capital and maintenance planning, capital needs assessments, and capital project management — including specifications, bidding, administration, and quality control. On the design side, we plan and detail load-bearing wall removals, retaining wall design, building additions, renovations, and alterations — safe, efficient, and code-compliant every time.

The result: reports clear enough to act on, and designs that get built right the first time — no red tags, no costly do-overs, no surprises waiting down the road. Picture the wall gone and your kitchen finally open and full of light, the addition your family has been waiting for, or the sale that closes without a hitch. And for association boards, we keep it simple: one clear plan, straight talk, and a project handled start to finish so it barely touches your time. Because we know your project can't sit around waiting, we get it done on time. Request a free proposal at formaengineers.com or call (614) 418-7200.
