Raymond Derilo has a diverse work experience, starting their career in 2015 as a Customer Service Representative at West Contact Services, where they provided phone support and resolved escalated complaints. In 2016, they became a Meeting Planner at AHM (Advanced Health Media), where they managed logistics and executed promotional and educational programs for pharmaceutical companies. In 2018, they joined Wells Fargo as a Research/Remediation Analyst, monitoring customer transactions, detecting fraud, resolving merchant disputes, and recovering losses. Later, they were promoted to Senior Escalations Representative in the bank's Executive Office, conducting investigative research on regulatory complaints, media-related issues, litigation, and employee misconduct. In 2022, they became an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Formally.

Raymond Derilo obtained an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Philippines Jobs, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including Generative AI Fundamentals, Introduction to Generative AI, Introduction to Image Generation, Introduction to Large Language Models, and Introduction to Responsible AI from Google Cloud Skills Boost. Raymond also earned The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification from Google Digital Garage. Raymond obtained these certifications in June 2023 and August 2022, respectively.
