Hillary Low

Hillary Low is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in People Operations and employee engagement. Currently serving as the People & Experience Manager at Health Gorilla since September 2022, Hillary developed a newly established People Ops team, focusing on employee wellbeing and policy adaptation. Previous roles include Manager of People Operations at Degreed, where Hillary led HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, and People Manager at Tallwave, emphasizing motivation and training strategies. With additional experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Flack Global Metals and HR Manager at CUBEX LLC, Hillary has consistently streamlined HR processes and improved employee relations. Hillary holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Drama from the University of Hawai‘i System.
