Ryan Vano

Ryan Vano is an experienced operations executive currently serving as the Director of Operations at Formaspace since August 2024. Previously held the position of Vice President of Materials Production at Nexa3D from January 2024 to July 2024, and served as the Executive Vice President of Filament Production & Logistics at Essentium, Inc. for over a decade. At Essentium, Ryan led key operational departments and played a crucial role in production, materials management, and logistics. As a co-founder of Essentium, Ryan developed manufacturing techniques for thermoplastic filament and managed project planning and execution to introduce innovative materials to the market. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Research and Development Engineer at Natural Composites, Inc. and as a Research Assistant Intern at Whole Tree, Inc. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, and Entrepreneurship from Baylor University.
