Katrina Garza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and support services. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success & Support Services at FormAssembly since June 2016, Katrina delivers a strategic vision that enhances customer success, resulting in improved net retention and longer average customer lifetimes. Previously, Katrina held various roles at CSO Research Inc. from May 2004 to November 2015, including Director of Training and Development and Director of International Business Development & Services, where management of new client onboarding and strong client relationship development were key responsibilities. Katrina obtained a Bachelor's degree with a minor in Business, Communication and Media Studies from The University of Texas at San Antonio, graduating in 2003.
