Kayla Condello

Kayla Condello has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Kayla began their career as a Checker at Hy-Vee in 2012, followed by an Assistant Resident Director at Creighton University in the same year. In 2015, they were a Graphic Designer and Head of Social Media at MUTB, and in 2016 they were a Website Manager and Marketing Specialist at Solvis Staffing Services Inc. In 2017, they were a Sports Marketing and Sales Intern at Allegiance, and from 2018 onwards they have worked at FormAssembly, first as a Customer Support Specialist, then as a Tier 1 Lead, Knowledge Coordinator, and finally as a Knowledge & Training Manager. In addition, since 2014 they have been a freelance Digital Marketing Specialist, Web Designer, and Graphic Designer.

Kayla Condello attended Creighton University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a degree in Digital Design and Development with a field of study in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. In 2016, they obtained a TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certification from TESOL. In 2020, they obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce.
