Morgan Ashley

Morgan Ashley has been in the tech industry since 2011. Morgan started their career at Blinktag Inc as a Social Media Manager, where they provided front end assistance to developers and designers, managed social media accounts for SFBART, 511CC, and The County Connection, researched and created Foursquare tips for SFBART, and maintained and contributed to 511CC and The County Connection blogs on a bi-weekly basis. In 2016, they joined Google as a Learning Technology Support Lead and LMS Design Specialist (both positions were contract roles via Signature Consultants). Since 2019, they have been working at FormAssembly as a Lead Technical Support Specialist, Senior Technical Support Specialist, Tier 1, and Technical Support Specialist. In their current role, they act as the initial point of contact for all platform-related concerns from clients or other employees, effectively prioritizes and escalates customer issues, and adapts to rapidly changing environment and customer requirements.

Morgan Ashley attended Udacity from 2015 to 2016, where they studied Front-End Web Development. In 2016, they obtained a Front-End Developer Nanodegree from Udacity. In 2019, they obtained a certification in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google.
